Fusion International

Perjalanan bersama dalam pengharapan

Southern Christian College partners with Fusion International in Indonesia. Through this relationship, our students have been involved in serving local communities.  In 2010, students from Southern Christian College raised money to purchase a rotary hoe to double food production in an isolated Sumba village.  In 2011 students provided funds to help a local ministry worker purchase a motorbike to improve  his ability to reach out from his own remote village and maintain support links.  On our trips to Indonesia our students have supported the work of Fusion, running festivals for local children and schools.

“A life changing place.”

Joshua Levett, 2010

August 2010, five students and two staff members began an incredible journey to a nation of over 250 million people, our largest neighbour with a growing church twice the size of the entire Australian population.  Our students went to visit our sister-school, live in local communities, serve the local church, run local festivals with the Fusion International team whilst exchanging music, culture and language.

In 2011 we returned with ten students and four adults, all eager to serve, learn and experience faith, life and culture in another country.
